Vivien has held Senior Buyer positions for designer labels at Harrods and Selfridges and as a consultant to prestigious independent retailers. In every company, she has been responsible for the training and development of the staff and conducts seminars for designers in the UK and internationally.

Caroline was Design Director for a fashion manufacturer supplying international fashion multiples including Marks & Spencer. She was responsible for interpreting major catwalk trends and bringing them to the High Street.
